The Sky-way Stage 3 also known as the Metro Manila Sky Bridge from Balintawak to Buendia is one of the solution to traffic congestion of NCR.
This project will connect the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), upon completion Philippines will have one of the longest flyovers in the world with a total length of more than 31km.
From the latest update of the Youtuber dmitrivalencia we can see that the Sky-way is almost completed. Youtube Video - February 2020
The Skyway is targeted to be completed in the mid year of 2020, due to fire incident last January 2020 that cause delay of its completion.
- SANGLEY AIRPORT
Duterte administration delivers on its promise; Sangley Airport officially starts operations.President Rodrigo Roa Duterte formally inaugurated the Sangley Airport in Cavite last 15 February 2020.
The airport, which started construction in 2018, commenced 24/7 construction with the additional manpower and equipment in June 2019 as instructed by Secretary Tugade. President Duterte pushed for the utilization of Sangley Airport to accommodate general aviation and turboprop operations, in a bid to help decongest the country’s main gateway, Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
